How can I pay?

The payment methods available on our online store are: credit card, PayPal and bank transfer. For some Italian provinces the ordered goods can be collected by our office in Via Lecco, 19 / M1 - 23896 Bevera di Sirtori (LC)

How does the shipment of goods take place?

Orders are shipped by courier (Bartolini). At the end of the ordering process a message containing the tracking number of the package will be sent

What are delivery times?

7 working days, on average, spend from the order and its payment

If the goods is defective or of wrong size can I replace it?

Yes, it is possible to replace the ordered goods within 30 days from the date of purchase. The directions to follow to make the return are available HERE.
Returned goods are handled within 10 working days from the date of receipt

We do not accept orders by phone, by fax or performed with other various media from Veloplus.it site. At the end of the ordering process a confirmation message will be sent

In each information page of the products links are available with sizechart for each type of product

I need to change or cancel my order, how can I do?

Orders can be modified or canceled within 12 hours after their execution. To change the order you must send an e-mail to shop@veloplus.it
