RETURNS AND REFUNDS

The consumer code (d.lgs.206 / 05), Articles 128-135, regulates the legal warranty on consumer goods sold to consumers outside the business premises. This warranty law covers all manufacturing and compliance defects present on consumer goods purchased by consumers for two years. This legislation establishes the right of withdrawal, i.e. the possibility for the consumer to return the purchased product and the reimbursement of incurred expenses.

Complete withdrawal of the goods:
It is possible to withdraw without penalty and without any justification, within fourteen working days from the date of goods purchase, indicating the intention to withdraw by phone at: +39 039 955129, fax number: +39 039 5788047, or via e-mail to the following email address: shop@veloplus.it
Remember to keep the invoice and waybill of the package sent by Veloplus because these documents will be required at the time of returning of the goods.

Withdrawal procedure:
Anticipate your request by phone, fax, or e-mail. You can choose one of the following options:

Total withdrawal
Credit note to use for a future order.

If you request a refund (equal to the value of the goods correctly returned) this will be carried out according to the chosen payment method: bank transfer, PostePay recharge, PayPal. The only costs to be incurred by the customer are for the shipment of the product. The right of withdrawal is lost if the returned product is not intact, that is:

- Absence of elements parts
- Obvious damage of the product due to use

The right of cash on delivery a sign and the supplement for appointment delivery will not be reimbursed.

How to prepare the package for return:
Send the goods back together with a copy of the invoice and waybill by ordinary post to the following address:

Partial withdrawal:
In the event that the withdrawal relates to part of the items ordered, you can follow the procedure about the return of the goods.

Change of the goods:
You can change the goods you have bought, whole or in part. You can replace the item with a different size, or even with a completely different product! The reasons for the replacement of the goods may be different and they are managed in different ways with charge of shipping. Replacement for the following reasons:

- The article is to be replaced in size;
- The article was mistakenly purchased;
- You want to replace the item with other goods;
Remember to keep the invoice and waybill of the package sent by Veloplus. Anticipate your request by phone, fax, or e-mail. Send the goods to be changed back together with a copy of the invoice and waybill by ordinary post to the following address:

In case of defective goods, add in the parcel a detailed description of the fault. You can choose to receive the same type of article or one of the following payment options:

- Full refund of the goods;
- Credit note to use for a future order.

If you request a refund ( equal to the value of the goods returned correctly ) this will be carried out according to the chosen payment method: bank transfer, PostePay recharge, PayPal. The only costs to be incurred by the customer are for the shipment of the product . The items requested to be changed will be sent without additional shipping costs only if :

- The item delivered does not comply with the order
- The delivered item is defective

Competent court:
The Court of Milan has the exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising in connection with the purchase of products sold by Veloplus srl

General:
